Pastor Byron M. Trice was born on October 8, 1956 to Robert Trice and the late Martha Griggs in Scotch Plains NJ. He moved to Louisa Virginia in 1984 and stayed with his Grandmother, the late Althea Thompson. He was baptized in Jesus' name at Evergreen Bibleway Church under the leadership of Elder Joseph Grooms in 1983 and received the gift of the Holy Ghost.  He then became a member of Tried WOTC in Mineral where Bishop Ben C. Cannady was the Pastor and Founder.  Pastor Trice served faithfully under Bishop Ben C. Cannady for 25 years where (Deacon Trice then) was a member of the Trustee Board, Chairman of Deacons, Adult Sunday School Teacher, President of the Youth for Christ, and the Treasurer of the church. He accepted the Ministry on March 2, 2014 and named the church “Life Changing Ministries” in Louisa VA.  Pastor Trice vision is to reach souls with the gospel of Jesus Christ, to bring salvation through the Word of God and give hope to the despair. Life Changing Ministries started under the Virginia Western Diocese COOLJC where the Late Bishop Thurman Hargrove Sr. served as the Diocesan.

Pastor Trice has been happily married to Mother Norma L. Trice for 38 years. Their marriage is a great example of Love and Devotion for each other, and they give all Glory and Honor to God and for the teaching they heard in their early marriage. Mother Trice was baptized in Jesus' name at the age of 5 years old in New York City under the leadership of Bishop James H. Hicks and received the Holy Ghost shortly after baptism.

Mother Trice was raised in Tried WOTC, where she faithfully served in the church, as Altar worker, Usher Board President, Sunday School Teacher, a Missionary, Devotion leader, choir President and Directress, Program Committee Chairperson, Kitchen Committee, Youth & Adult Spiritual Counselor, Youth Activity fundraisers, Youth for Christ Secretary, and was the church secretary for Tried WOTC church for over twenty-three years.  She loves people and loves to help with the ministry anywhere she can.
